Current Properties

We currently have several properties in the process of development; here are a few choice properties.

Chapel Estates.

These lots are nicely situated on a rural road with low daily traffic. The surrounding properties are fully developed with 2-3 acre lots to the north and east. The surrounding communities house sizes range from 2,300 square feet to 7000 square feet. To the south of the site is a 56 acre remaining portion of the original site, which will remain intact. Convient shopping in the desirable town of Westminster is within 2 miles. The elemenatary school, one of the better in the county, is located within 2 miles. The middle and high schools and McDaniel College are located within 3 miles. These lots are also convenient to Washington and Baltimore commuter routes.

The subdivision consists of 7 lots. The lots range in size from 3 acres to 5.9 acres. All the lots are currently wooded. This easement creates a buffer for the site from the 56-acre remaining parcel. With the lots all wooded the building sites areas for each lot is approximately 40,000 square feet. The remaining woods on the lots are in forest conservation easements. This condition allows for the permanent buffers between the houses for the lots. With the wood buffers creating an exclusive secluded feel within minutes of the city.
